Continuous Lead Sheathing Extruder

This machine is designed to continuously sheath the lead cover on the electric cable and also for the use of vulcanizing rubber pipe.

It consists of lead ingot roller conveyer and loading device, lead flake conveyer, 18 ton lead melting furnace.10 ton purification maintaining furnace, lead extruder. Lead stripping machine, traveling pay-off stand, traveling take-up stand and electrical equipment, No.1 die holder or No.2 die holder; it has the advantages with compact construction, average thickness of extruded lead pipe, closed lead proceeding system, constant temperature and pressure for lead extruding, lead material saving.
