Continuous Transposed Conductor (CTC) Production Line

Application：

This production line is specialized in making transposition wire winding of a large capacity, high voltage and power saving transformer. A certain number (Odd number) of enameled flat wires, through precise action of a transposition unit, are edgewise bent, repeatedly crosswise transposed, and braided into bundle conductor, and then the bundle conductor is wrapped with paper as its insulation so as to become a finished product. This newly designed production line fills a gap in China wire industry in place of so far imported machine.
